The old model of performance needs disruption. I’ve experienced the deep fatigue, chronic stress, and regular burnout that accompanies sacrificing your well-being and attaching your worth to what you do. I not only wasn’t able to sustainably perform at my best, but I was deeply struggling.
An experience that lead me to the practice of mindfulness where I uncovered sustainable high performance and began to experience the joy of life.
